Stockholm - Utilities
If you live in a house you will pay for all utilities' costs
like heating, electricity, water, telephone etc.
If you live in a flat, the rent already includes the cost of heating and
water and garbage collection and you will only have to pay for the
electricity, telephone and garage (if needed).
