Univeasum massage is a new method of massage developed in Japan by the father of Yoko Terada, who now practices this technique in Stockholm. The Univeasum method believes that a balance must be maintained using both sides of the body. For example, if you use your right hand to write, than you should try and use the left hand to drink a cup of tea/coffee. The Univeasum method attempts to distribute this balance by massaging the entire body with a wooden marble (kula). The techniques learned can then be used by the patient at home.
