When you need to sell your property you will have to pay
fees associated with the loan pay-off, with transfer taxes, and with the
real estate agency which usually takes a 10% of the sale price. Unless you
are selling your flat on the last day of the month, you will also have to
pay a percentage of the condominium monthly expenses.
