Stockholm - Communication
The communication services in Stockholm are very good and reasonably priced compared to the cost of living here. Everything is available but the market is not, as yet, internationally oriented so a knowledge of Swedish (or at least a good understanding of the written language) will make your life much easier. And apart from the language barrier you may encounter another problem: If you are not a tax paying resident and you do not have the last four digits in your ID card you can encounter difficulties when renting a simple TV decoder from a Telia shop.
