Singapore - Sport overview

Most sporting activities that you can do in other countries are also available in Singapore. Being a small island, however, there is not so much space available for golf courses, camping, hiking and cycling. The constant heat may make you look for more water sports and indoor activities. Singapore has plenty of good swimming complexes and gyms. You will even find some sports that are unique to this region like Sepak Takraw, which is a game similar to volleyball, where a rattan ball is kicked over a net.
