Large size shoes are difficult to find in Mexico, better
stock up before coming here.
Being Mexico a neighbor of the United States, you will find that most things
are available. In the case of baby items, you will find virtually everything
in a reasonable variety of brands, including American and European. Many of
them are available at the most renowned and upscale department stores, like
Palacio de Hierro and Liverpool.
Seasonal items are also available for Christmas and Hannukah, as well as software and school supplies.
