Mexico City - Services for the Disabled
In general, Mexican society is not yet aware of the needs of disabled people. There are hardly any buildings with wheelchair access, Except in some large stores and shopping centres where they have started adding ramps, for example. Walmart has wheelchairs at the entrance you can use.
There is however one organization which offers several programs for disabled people:
