Mexico City has many big parks where you can walk your pet. Agility schools have opened up recently and you will find many 'dog trainers' as well. But wherever you sign up your pet, make sure you have a very close look first to see if what people have promised can be delivered.
Articles for animals are readily available. You can call for services, like bringing the pet food to your house or have a van pick up your dog and bring it back shampooed and smelling good. Vets make house calls and are very skilled.
