Banks and Financial Institutions

There are several bank chains in Mexico, both of Mexican and foreign origins. Most Mexican banks have established ventures with or have been acquired by foreign banks.
Bank institutions are reliable and offer a wide variety of services/products, including loans, credit/debit cards, online banking, and many more.
Most offer a great number of branch offices and ATMs.
Note that some companies have established agreements with banks for managing their payroll. Ask your employer if there is a specific bank for your payroll to be deposited, BEFORE you choose a bank yourself.
