The airport claims now a state of the art baggage handling facilities and an infrastructure cabaple of receiving more than 100 flights a day during peak time. There is a kids zone, a commercial center and a duty free shop (even though merchandise might be more expendsive there than in shops in Kuwait where a mere 5% is added to items).
