Kuwait - Clubs and bars
As alcohol is prohibited in Kuwait there are no conventional clubs and bars. Most socialising takes place in restaurants, coffee shops, shopping malls and at private homes.
In the absence of conventional clubs, there are still events which take place throughout the year, both cultural, fun and with food themes. Jazz festivals and seasonal concerts as well as visiting artists and parties are hosted by cafes, hotels and malls.
