Kuwait - Car rental
A number of international car rental companies operate in Kuwait, most of whom have 24-hour offices at the airport. Rate are fairly standard although, if you have time, you will more than likely find a company that is offering further discounts.
If you are visiting Kuwait you are only permitted to drive on an International Driving Permit (IDP).
All residents have to drive on a Kuwaiti driving licence.
