Hong Kong - Special-Needs Children

If your child has special needs, a pediatrician should be able to give you information on the best schools and programs available to your child.  Some International Schools will have a few places for students with learning disabilities, so be sure to call and enquire as they don’t always advertise that they have these openings.  It will depend on the type of learning disability that the child has since the school may or may not be equipped to give the student the support he/she needs.
