Hong Kong - Hotels

Most people who need a hotel are doing business or waiting to find a home. Since the business district is Central, many people want a hotel in Central. Tsim Sha Tsui (commonly referred to as TST) is just across the harbour from Central and is also a good place to stay as some of the hotels may be less expensive, but just as nice. If you know you will be living in a hotel for awhile, be sure to e-mail a few hotels and see what they have in terms of long stay rates and the size of the rooms. You can also enquire if they have serviced rooms with a kitchen (even if it’s a stove top and a fridge.) If you are moving with a company, find out if the company has any special deals with any of the hotels. Mention the company you are with when you e-mail the hotels and see if they will give you a discount.
