Hong Kong has a lot of art work available. Stanley Market has numerous framing shops as well as art for sale. The HK magazine (free to pick up around town) will list art shows that are coming up.
A great spot to find out more on art is at the Fringe Club in Lan Kwai Fong. They often support local artists and can help you find what you are looking for.
Hong Kong doesn't have many local crafts other than wood furniture that can be made to order.
