Hong Kong - Antiques

Hong Kong is a great place to shop for Antiques because China has so many antiques available. You will have to watch to see if you are getting true antiques, or anteeks (replicas). Ask for a certificate of authenticity if you are buying a true antique.

Hollywood Road is known for it's multiple antique stores. Be assured that most are true antiques, and you will pay a pretty penny for them!

Horizon Plaza in Ap Lei Chau has twenty stories of little stores, some with fantastic antiques. Be sure to ask if you are buying an original, or a reproduction.
