A yearly magazine published in English and German, with information on how to deal with the German authorities, meet people, spend your leisure time, etc.
A guide book with historic and current information about places to visit and things to do in and around Munich.
A book which has a different beer garden for you to visit every week of the year (although beer gardens generally close in cool weather).
Guide book which has a bike trip for every week of the year. The text is in German, but the pictures and maps should convince any bike rider that Munich is a good place to live.
