You can advertise your car for sale in the 'Marketplace of Paguro' or in the 'Kurz und Fundig', or in the Kfz-Markt in some of the daily newspapers: the Süddeutsche Zeitung on Saturdays or the TZ on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The phone number for the TZ is + 49 (0) 89 23 77 77. When selling a vehicle your only duty is to tell the registration centre the name and the address of the buyer. It is then the buyer's responsibility to register the car in their name.
There are also several car dealers on Wasserburger Landstr, heading east out of the city.
