Munich hairdressers are plentiful. You would think with a lot of competition, prices would be quite cheap. However, a basic men's cut costs around 35 Euros and a basic women's cut (trimming straight hair) costs over 40 Euros. Depending on where you go, you can pay a bit more or less. It is common practice to tip the person who cuts your hair (particularly if you intend to go back to them!).
