Sophia Antipolis - Housing

Most people here live in a house with a big garden and a swimming-pool. All around Sophia-Antipolis, the houses are built near forest areals. People like living in the nature as well as being close to their work and schools. You will have the choice between different villages such as Valbonne, Mougins, Opio, Le Rouret, Roquefort les Pins, Antibes.

If you choose to live in Nice, you will live in a flat and all facilities (schools, shops, transport) will be near your flat. It's easier to go out in the evening as everything is around (bars, restaurants) and finding a baby-sitter in Nice is quite easy. However, there will be a lot of traffic when you go to Sophia-Antipolis even if there is the motorway. It can take between 30 minutes and 1h30 !
