List of items to hand carry

If you are moving from one country to another, make sure you hand carry all your documents and jewelries (it might be heavy on you, but worth it). Also, if you have purchased any electronic items such as laptop etc.you are taking with you, add the guarantees to your documents. You never know when you will need them and the shipment may take longerthan you estimated to get to the new destination.

Take your toiletries on the plane together with one change of clothes. In case your suitcase gets lost or arrives later, it's good to have those items at hand. (Remember not to add any scissors, syringes or any other sharp items, since they are not allowed to be taken aboard)

Your camera, maybe some inflight reading or work material, gifts, fully charged laptop, are items which you should carry as hand luggage.

If traveling with babies or kids, remember to add diapers, wipes, baby formula and bottles, the pacifiers, snacks and drinks, medication your child may need, children tylenol, thermometer (It may seem too much,but try to get any of this on a flight....).

- Buy adapters so that equipment is ready to plug straight in any country you go.
- Bring enough medicine with you for one month, as you are not sure to obtain the same brand abroad.
- If you wear glasses or contact lenses, bring your prescription with you.
- Health records of all members of the family and pets
