Sky Digital Europe has been providing the Sky television service to schools throughout Europe via their network of dealers. They are now extending this service to members of staff and parents. - Solsat
Another service is Solsat . They also provide SKY television without having to have an UK address. They are based in Spain and are extremely helpful. Lots of information on their website:

French TV has six national channels: 'TF1', 'France2', 'France3', 'Arte / La Cinquième', 'M6 and 'CanalPlus'. 'CanalPlus' is a private channel and you need to pay extra to see it. But at certain hours of the day you can watch it for free.
