"Salade Niçoise" is a mixed salad with tomatoes, lettuce, hard-boiled eggs, tuna, anchovies and olives with a vinaigrette dressing.

"Pan Bagnat": The ingredients of "Salade Niçoise" served in a large round bun.

"Tapenade" is a purée of black olives and capers with olive oil, spread on small pieces of toasted bread.

"Socca" is a pancake made from chickpea flour and olive oil. You can buy it from pizza stands and other street vendors.
