CTFT was established in 1997 in response to a growing concern over drug and alcohol use by teenagers in the expatriate community. Information is provided on a website and in a newsletter and in seminars. They have developed a list of activities for teenagers in Singapore. In September, a one-day programme is organized to help teenagers make the best of their move to Singapore. -
Orchard Road is the place to be in Singapore. There are cinemas, Starbucks (several), Borders bookstore which opens until late and lots of fast food places.
