    CTFT was established in 1997 in response to a growing concern over drug and alcohol use by teenagers in the expatriate community. Information is provided on a website and in a newsletter and in seminars. They have developed a list of activities for teenagers in Singapore. In September, a one-day programme is organized to help teenagers make the best of their move to Singapore.
  • Orchard Road is the place to be in Singapore. There are cinemas, Starbucks (several), Borders bookstore which opens until late and lots of fast food places.

Drinking alcohol is legal from age 18, so older teenagers will be at pubs and bars.
