Usually, you will receive an income tax form at your mailing address by 31 March of each year. You will then have to fill it in and return the form to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) by 15 April of the same year.

At this website you will find a lot of information. You can also download tax forms and access e-Tax Guides. This electronic store of tax guides aims to provide convenient and timely access to tax information. IRAS aims to keep their tax rules and principles current and relevant with external developments. They also welcome comments and feedback. You will also get friendly help from the telephone tax hotlines. You can visit in person the Taxpayers Information Centre at Revenue House (opposite Novena MRT station). Helpful staff will answer queries.

When you cease employment or leave Singapore your employer needs to inform IRAS at least one month before you leave. However if you are a Singapore Permanent Resident (see immigration) and you are merely changing jobs in Singapore, your employer does not have to seek tax clearance unless you are leaving Singapore permanently.
