SACAC has a team of experienced professional counsellors who can help with problems such as anxiety, depression, stress reduction, relationships and much more. Workshops are held on topics like marital enrichment, parenting and lifestyle issues are also held. There is a library of 500 books on topics related to mental health, parenting and relationships.
