Getting involved in the local culture can make settling in faster and easier, while connecting with people from your own country may help you feel more at home.

When in Oslo, you can be a member of a variety of clubs and associations. You should be able to find most of what interests you, be it sports, charity work, volunteer work, art courses or special interest groups. Or if you decide to start your own group, there is likely to be local grants you can apply for to help you with the expenses.
