Women shelters
Should you need to find crisis help because of an abusive situation, the local health centre can be a good place to start (or talk to your doctor, an emergency clinic at tel. 113 or the police at tel. 112). They will direct you to the services that are right for you or put you in touch with a shelter. Or you may contact:

  • Oslo krisesenter (Oslo Crisis Centre for women) 2102 Grunerløkka
    Tel: + 47 (22) 37 4700
    Fax: + 47 (22) 38 6098
