Wine (vin) and spirits (sprit) are not sold in supermarkets or regular food shops. Beer is sold in food shops, but not after seven o'clock at night. To buy wine or spirits, you need to visit a state monopoly shop (Vinmonopol). The monopoly shops offer a wide selection of wines and spirits from all over the world and the staff is knowledgeable.
