In order to get your car registration, you will need to go to a licensing office and pick up the necessary forms.

individual car has an annual fee anywhere between HKD $4,000-12,000 depending on the car’s engine.

A driver’s license usually costs HKD $900

Transfer of vehicle ownership is HKD $1,000
