Hong Kong - Pharmacies

Getting a prescription filled in Hong Kong is relatively easy. When you go to the doctor’s office and he gives you a prescription, you can usually have it filled right at the doctor’s office.

If the doctor’s office is unable to fill your prescription, they can tell you where to go to fill it. Otherwise, try going to Watson’s as they usually have a prescription counter inside.

Watson’s are common stores. You can find one in Pacific Place (a huge mall in Admiralty), or opposite the Landmark (a big mall in Central). There is a Watson’s near the Star Ferry on Kowloon as well. Watson’s also carry regular pain medication such as paracetamol, cough syrup, creams, etc.
