Important points to think about when considering further education: 
    - make sure the programme is recognized worldwide
    - if an incomplete course can be transferred to another location/country?
    - if merit points are available if you discontinue the course
    - be aware of disreputable establishments offering 'quick fix' qualifications, it is sometimes better to study by
    correspondence using a support group locally, than tie yourself to a local institution.
