Restaurants, bars, swimming pools, gym, tennis and squash courts and library are all part of the membership. Children have their own play room and video games room.
The organizations that are called ‘clubs’ such as the American Club, British Club etc. have large establishments with restaurants, swimming pool, tennis courts, gyms and other facilities, but command high joining fees. Most of the ‘associations’ have a small office run by volunteers and have inexpensive fees.

Membership is open to all nationalities. This association provides many services including a Career Resource Center for Expatriates (CRCE), a Young Professionals Group and a Youth Employment program for summer jobs for teenagers.

This membership is open to Americans and Canadians. Other nationalities can join as associates, although there is a waiting list. Many activities including a choir, book group, bridge, tours, tennis, bowling, hiking and golf are organized for members. This association raises funds for charities.
