There are a number of newspapers locally published, two of which are in English. It is possible to purchase international newspapers from The Sultan Centre outlets and various bookshops.

Arab Times
Printed daily except Fridays and Public Holidays the Arab Times can be purchased for 150 fils and reports local, regional and international news. Deliveries and annual subscriptions (KD45) can be arranged.

Information included in the publication is a list of all Night Pharmacies, Cinema information and a ‘What’s On’ section.
