Hong Kong - Selling a House or Flat

The majority of ex-pats will not have bought a house, but have leased one instead. If you actually own your residence, find a property agent who specializes in selling and buying homes or flats. You will probably have to use a local Chinese company as it is usually only the local, wealthy  residents who buy residences in Hong Kong.
